Note:Maximum 30 unless by special arrangement. At least two adults must accompany plus guide.

for specially arranged parties over 30 in number there must be 1 adult per 10 children. The guide may be included as one of the adults.

The cost of the visit will calculated @ £1.50 per person including V.A.T.

We agree to pay the cost of this at the time of the visit.

Please note: Hard hats will be available at the quarry for visitors, but may we remind you that quarries can be extremely muddy and stout footwear or Wellingtons are recommended. Training shoes are not suitable on wet days.

We reserve the right to:

a] Cancel the tour at any time due to Safety reasons. Adverse weather conditions can sometimes cause the cancellation of tours although we always endeavour to continue the tour wherever possible. A telephone call to the quarry on the morning of the tour will confirm. A full refund will be given for prepaid tours cancelled on these grounds.

b] Exclude members of the party who, in the opinion of the tour guide, are not wearing appropriate clothing, especially footwear, or behave in a manner which in the opinion of the tour guide or quaary manager may adversly effect the health or safety of the tour.
