Cropped Purbeck facing Stone for Walling and Building
Purbeck Stone is recognised as being one of
England's foremost building stones.
The selection and mixing of various beds from
our Purbeck Quarries provide a cross section of
colours and thicknesses to our customers'
requirements.
PURBECK is a sedimentary limestone which after
splitting through bedding planes lends itself to coursed or
random construction.
Our Company has supplied many contracts around
the country for various applications, including
marinas and bridge works but in particular housing.
This stone is also very effective laid as
cobbles, especially when combined with our sawn
or sandstone
paving.
Independent test
results are available for this product.
